Day 3Board your Nile cruise · Karnak and Luxor Temple
Cabin, lunch and dinner on board. The great Hypostyle Hall at Karnak, then Luxor Temple.
Day 4Luxor West Bank
The Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon.
Day 5Edfu and Kom Ombo
Sailing south, with the Temple of Horus at Edfu and the double temple at Kom Ombo.
Day 6High Dam and Philae · Felucca sail
The Aswan High Dam, then a boat to the Temple of Isis on Philae. A traditional sailboat around Elephantine Island.
Day 7Disembark · Sleeper train to Cairo
Leave the ship after breakfast. A private cabin overnight, with dinner and breakfast.
Day 8Drive to Alexandria · Alexandria
Three hours north to the Mediterranean. The Catacombs of Kom el-Shoqafa, Pompey's Pillar, the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and the Citadel of Qaitbay.
